Inspection Comments | TOLD COOKS ABOUT NOT STACKING PLATES ON TOP OF EACH OTHER DUE TO CROSS CONTAMINATION. ALSO TOLD COOKS TO KEEP THERMOMETER IN ONE LOCATION. I'M NOT SURE IF I WAS TAKEN SERIOUS FROM THE COOKS ON THESE ISSUES, BUT REGARD LESS THESE ISSUES MUST BE ADDRESSED. |
HACCP Topic: MAKE SURE TO CHECK TEMPERATURES THROUGH OUT THE DAY, I'D SAY EVERY TWO HOURS. CHECK TEMPERATURES OF FOOD AND COOLERS. MAKE SURE ALL FOOD THAT IS A COOKED LEFT OVER HAS TIME AND DATE ON IT AND IS COOLING DOWN PRIORITY.CORRECT ALL VIOLATION BY 5/11/24. |
